What happens when I reach my ticket limit on the Free plan?

When you reach 20 tickets, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or delete existing tickets to create new ones.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

How does the hierarchy work?

Quarters contain Epics, Epics contain Features, Features contain Tasks, and Tasks can have Subtasks. This structure helps you organize work from high-level planning to detailed execution.
