Instructions

    Set the stage by reviewing the purpose of the retrospective.

    Gather data: what went well, what didn't go well, what can we improve.

    Give each team member 5 minutes to write their thoughts on sticky notes.

    Discuss the top voted items and identify root causes.

    Generate actionable improvements with owners and deadlines.
